Refund/Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items ordered online for refund, exchange or merchandise credit within 7 days after you receive the product, accompanied by a sales receipt. All items returned must be unaltered, unworn and in salable condition. They must also include the vendor packaging and tags. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted unless defective.

Please follow these steps to guide you in your exchange:

1. Please contact Jet Couture Jewels at jcjstore@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your item.
2. Please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit.
3. All shipping fees associated with the exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
4. Please allow 2-4 business days for your exchanges/store credit to be processed.

Product Care Suggestions

To extend the life of your jewelry please follow these care instructions:

• Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as showering, applying lotion/perfume/etc.
• Do not wear your jewelry to the beach or to the pool to avoid exposure to harsh chemicals.
• Exposure to make up, oil and dyes can erode the luster and harm gemstones.

For Jewelry with Pearl

Because the pearl is an organic gemstone they are often softer and more delicate and therefore can scratch or damage easier. Perfumes, hair sprays and other chemicals can dull there luster. It is best to put perfume and/or hairspray on before putting on your pearls. After wearing your pearls wipe them with a soft damp cloth to remove any elements. If you are cleaning your pearls, baby soap is an effective cleanser. Baby soap is gentle and, more importantly, pH neutral. Abrasive soaps will easily damage your pearls. Use only a soft cotton or jewelry cloth and gentle soap.
